Parent Volunteers

We are very grateful to all parents who volunteer to help the school in a variety of different ways.  

Should you wish to volunteer, please complete an application form and discuss how you can help with the School Office or Head Teacher and we can help process the application with the Aberdeenshire Council Volunteer Team.

Volunteer Application Forms - to be completed prior to volunteer commencing 

In order to start the process and ensure you can volunteer, please complete the attached form and return as soon as possible. 

• Volunteer Application Form

Separately, we will be required to carry out a PVG for your volunteering role, to assist with this.  Once we have your application, we will arrange a date and time for you to pop into school and provide these documents so we can copy as evidence for the PVG check.

• Right to Work – UK / Irish Passport OR UK/Irish Birth Certificate

• Verification of Identity – Two documents from the below list (one must be photographic)

  • Birth Certificate

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence
